OVERVIEW

The Shop Small® Movement inspires people to shop with and support the small businesses that are the heartbeat of their neighborhoods. As a proud supporter of the Shop Small Movement, Twitter wanted to help small businesses get ready for the holidays with an educational tool kit. The interactive pdf gives tips for writing Tweets to stand out, excite followers and drive word of mouth. It also gave an introduction to launching promotions to help increase sales, and overall how to maximize the impact of their Twitter Ads campaigns with tips and best practices.

THE WORK

A combination of sharing useful information and (light) interactive lessons. Users are shown how to set up a profile for their company, can practice composing tweets (with character limits), and creating compelling messaging to drive social campaigns.

Working with the Twitter team was a really eye opening experience for me. It showed me the many opportunities and collaborative efforts available between agency and remote teams hold when both sides intentionally embrace the process and work as one team.
